Moving from Planable to Trizlink
Planable is a collaboration-first planner priced per workspace and built around approvals between teams and clients. If clients must sign off every post, with required approvals per workspace, or an agency with many brands wants unlimited users at a workspace price, Planable is built for that. Trizlink is the fit if you want a standing free plan rather than fifty free posts, and if the links and the bio page matter as much as the posts. Trizlink and Planable.
Moving the link work off Planable
Client sign-off stays in Planable. Trizlink has no approval step, and its publishing is built and switched off, so it cannot replace a review flow. Read what is not live before planning.
- Make one Trizlink workspace per client brand. Links, bio pages and click data stay inside the workspace they belong to.
- Sign in and invite each client's people as viewers. A viewer reads links and analytics and changes nothing. There is no separate client role.
- Make the campaign links here. Each short link carries its own UTM tags and click report, which you can show a client without opening Planable.
- Put those links into the posts your clients approve in Planable.
What stays on Planable
- Approvals and the posts behind them.
- Scheduled posts, accounts and history. Nothing carries over.
- The analytics add-on and its best-time data.
