Create your account
Creating a TrizLink account means signing in with your Google account — there is no separate email-and-password registration step. The first time you sign in, TrizLink creates your profile and a default workspace to hold your links, bio pages, and analytics. From there you can rename the workspace, invite teammates, or create more workspaces for different brands or clients.
What you need
- A Google account (personal or Workspace).
- A modern browser, or the Android app, or the browser extension.
That is the whole list. TrizLink is free to use and does not ask for a credit card.
Use cases
- A solo creator signs in with a personal Google account and uses the default workspace for all their links.
- A freelancer creates one workspace per client so each client's links and analytics stay separate.
- A small team has the owner sign in, create a shared workspace, and invite members with editor or viewer roles.
- A returning user signs in on a new device; their links and theme preferences follow them because everything is tied to the account.
How it works
- Go to trizlink.com and choose Sign in (or open the Android app or extension).
- Click Continue with Google and pick the Google account you want to use.
- Approve the standard Google sign-in consent. TrizLink receives your name, email, and avatar to create your profile.
- On first sign-in, a default workspace is created for you and you land on the dashboard.
- Open Settings → Workspaces to rename the workspace or create additional ones.
- (Optional) Open Settings to set notification preferences and your default workspace.
Tips
- Use a Google account you will keep long-term, since it is the only way to sign in.
- Create a separate workspace before you start adding links if you manage more than one brand — moving links later is more work than starting clean.
- Set your default workspace in Settings so the dashboard always opens where you expect.
- If you also use the browser extension, sign in there too so shortened links sync to the same account.
Managing and deleting your account
TrizLink keeps your profile, links, bio pages, analytics, and preferences tied to your account. You stay in control of all of it:
- Account deletion is available in Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period, so you can cancel if you change your mind.
- Data deletion details and a request path are documented on the product site at trizlink.com/data-deletion.
- See Privacy & data for what is stored and how, and the product's Privacy Policy for the full legal text.
FAQ
Can I sign up with email and password instead of Google?
No. Sign-in is Google-only by design. If you do not have a Google account, you will need to create one to use TrizLink.
Does creating an account cost anything?
No. TrizLink is free to use and does not ask for payment to create an account.
What information does TrizLink get from Google?
The standard sign-in profile: your name, email address, and avatar. That is used to create and identify your account.
Can I have more than one workspace?
Yes. You start with one default workspace and can create more from Settings → Workspaces — useful for separating brands or clients.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Danger Zone and request deletion. It is scheduled with a 30-day grace period before the data is removed, and you can cancel during that window.
Is my data shared with other users?
No. Your links, bios, and analytics belong to you and your workspace. Only people you explicitly invite to a workspace can see its contents, and only at the role you give them.
